How To 
1. Apply liberally to hair concentrating primarily on roots and scalp.
2. Massage with fingertips to generate a lather and use flat hands to work lather through strands.
3. Leave on for a minute or two if needed for extra soothing.
4. Rinse with warm (not hot) water. Can be followed with a cool rinse if desired.
